You MUST book hotel accommodation first by contacting hotel direct on 01285 864444 Monday-Friday 9.30-5pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm, NOT Sundays)
Once you’ve booked your room……then buy your event ticket.
You MUST book your room first and then go to the ticket tailor link to book tickets. The hotel will allocate on a ‘first come first serve’ basis, with accommodation nearest the venue first, then working outwards afterwards.
2024 Room rate: Double/Twin Occupancy Dinner Bed & Breakfast room prices £182 double occupancy and £115 single occupancy respectively including VAT.
N.B. For those who wish to stay over on the Sunday evening your room can be booked for £119 single or £129 double BB when you book for the weekend. Allowing you to stay and enjoy the Finale, have a drink or three! and wind down in the main bar in the evening with an ever growing group of like minded soul fans!!
There are limited early bird tickets priced at £85, once they’re gone they’re gone………………
Wristband passes will then increase to £95 until the end of August 2023 when they will rise to the full price of £100.
For those only staying one night Friday ONLY pass £45, Saturday ONLY pass £65 (all passes include attendance for the Sunday 11am to 5pm sessions.)
Please also note at the 2024 gathering our event bars will be offering a 10% discount on ALL draughts, beers and lagers, house wine, house spirits and soft drinks in the venue bars.
