Once you’ve booked your room……then buy your event ticket.
You MUST book your room first and then go to the ticket tailor link to book tickets. The hotel will allocate on a ‘first come first serve’ basis.

All are pre-payable, non-transferrable, non-refundable, for the Friday and Saturday Evening.
For those who wish to stay over on the Sunday evening your room can be booked when you book for the weekend (as above). This allows you to stay and enjoy the Finale CPSW Style, drink, party and dance!

For those wishing to travel down on the Thursday and extend their weekend further, please note there are no event activities this evening but you can add this evening also on booking

Please remember the earlier you book the nearer you will be to the venues, and of course, it really helps us plan and prepare!
This year we have 200 Early Bird Weekend wristbands at £85.00
NB all early birds went within 72 hours last year so please be quick!!
Weekend Wristbands will then be £95.00 until the end of Dec 24 when they will rise back to this years rate of £100.00
For those only wishing to stay one night:
Friday ONLY pass £45.00
Saturday ONLY pass £65.00 (all passes include attendance for the Sunday 11am to 9pm sessions.)
For those who decide the hotel package is not required, but still want to join us, there are limited Day Pass options (but please get in quick if you decide to stay offsite and travel in) These are at £105.00 for the full weekend, £45.00 Friday only, £65.00 Saturday only
Please also note at the 2025 gathering our event bars will be offering a 10% discount on ALL draughts, beers and lagers, house wine, house spirits and soft drinks in the venue bars.
